Reservation
Non-refundable reservation fee is 20,000 Baht. This fee will be deducted from your deposit fee and first-month rent when you move in. The reserved unit will be hold for a week unless you notify us.
Upon Moving in
Security deposit fee and rent (for the remaining days of the first month) have to be paid in full upon your moving in. The rent has to be paid in advance of your stay (1st -7th of each month).
